Refund policy
Returns
Our return window is 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange, except where required by law.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
— Unused and in the same condition as received
— In its original packaging
— Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.
Non-returnable items
The following items are exempt from returns:
— Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
— Fresh produce and fresh meat
— Intimate or sanitary goods
— Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
— Gift cards
— Downloadable software products
— Certain health and personal care items
Defective or non-conforming items
Notwithstanding the above, in accordance with Qatar Consumer Protection Law No. 8 of 2008, you are entitled to a refund, exchange, or repair if:
— The item is defective or does not work as intended
— The item does not match the description or specifications shown at the time of purchase
— The item fails to meet the purpose for which it was purchased
This right applies regardless of whether the item was purchased at full price or on sale.
Partial refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for:
— Items returned with obvious signs of use
— CDs, DVDs, software, or video game titles that have been opened
Delayed delivery
If your order has not been delivered within 30 days of the agreed delivery date, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund in accordance with Qatar e-Commerce Law.
Refunds process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
— Credit card purchases: refunded to the same card
— Cash / ATM purchases: refunded in cash
— If paid by cheque: refunded by cash or cheque
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund, please:
1. Check your bank account
2. Contact your credit card company — processing times vary
3. Contact your bank

Sale items
Sale items are eligible for refund or exchange if they are defective, not as described, or do not meet their intended purpose. Sale items that are returned due to a change of mind may not be eligible for a refund at our discretion.
Exchanges
We replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email qtrcarto@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the issue.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit upon return. If the gift was shipped to the purchaser first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For defective or non-conforming items, we will cover the cost of return shipping or arrange a pickup.
